Pineapple and Pork Sausage Pizza with Creamy Coleslaw

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. DOLE® All Natural Creamy Coleslaw Kit
- 1 can (11 to 13 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- Dried Italian herbs, as needed
- 6 oz. fat reduced pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, well drained
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray jelly roll or pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out crust and place on pan. Prick all over with fork; prebake 7 minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce over crust and lightly sprinkle with herbs, to taste. Spread sausage and pineapple chunks over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 12 minutes more or until crust is lightly browned and cheese melted.
- Serve with DOLE® All Natural Creamy Coleslaw Kit.
