Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts halves with skin and bone
  • 3 tablespoons bottled pesto
  • 3 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomato slices
  • 2 small lemons, seeded, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • Garlic salt, as needed
  • 1 pkg. DOLE® All Natural Caesar Salad Kit

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. For each chicken, lift skin and rub 2 teaspoons pesto onto each breast. Top with 2 teaspoons tomatoes and 2 lemon slices; cover with skin. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt to taste.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
  • Serve with DOLE® All Natural Caesar Salad Kit.
