Chicken Breasts with Sundried Tomatoes and Caesar Salad

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts halves with skin and bone
- 3 tablespoons bottled pesto
- 3 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomato slices
- 2 small lemons, seeded, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- Garlic salt, as needed
- 1 pkg. DOLE® All Natural Caesar Salad Kit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. For each chicken, lift skin and rub 2 teaspoons pesto onto each breast. Top with 2 teaspoons tomatoes and 2 lemon slices; cover with skin. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt to taste.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Serve with DOLE® All Natural Caesar Salad Kit.
