Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. DOLE® All Natural Asian Island Crunch Salad Kit
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 oz. brown mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Cooked white or brown rice

Instructions

  • Whisk together broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spice in small bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat peanut oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork and mushrooms 8 minutes or until pork no longer pink in center. Add tomatoes, ginger and sauce. Cook until sauce thickens
  • Garnish with chopped chives and serve with cooked rice.
  • Serve with DOLE® All Natural Asian Island Crunch™ Kit.
