Asian Pork and Mushrooms in Five Spice Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. DOLE® All Natural Asian Island Crunch Salad Kit
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 oz. brown mushrooms, quartered
- 1 large tomato, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- Cooked white or brown rice
Instructions
- Whisk together broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spice in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat peanut oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork and mushrooms 8 minutes or until pork no longer pink in center. Add tomatoes, ginger and sauce. Cook until sauce thickens
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve with cooked rice.
